
We
Financial Aid Scholarship are looking for a part-time secretary to work for the Cambridge Inter-faith Programme in the Faculty of Divinity (salary £17,677 to £20,409 per annum pro rata). Annual leave is 33 days per annum (pro rata). The working hours will be 9 per week.
This
Financial Aid Scholarship will be a 3-year fixed term appointment, with a provisional start date of 1st August 2011.
The
Financial Aid Scholarship secretary's role will include: general office duties, providing secretarial support to the Director of the Cambridge Inter-Faith Programme, the Academic Co-Director and the Chair of the CIP Management Committee and maintaining the CIP contacts' database, using the Cambridge University Financial System (for which training will be given) for ordering and purchasing supplies, and providing support for occasional events e.g. academic conferences or events open to the public, ad hoc committee meetings etc.
